The Society for Equity Neuroscience (SEQUINS) is the only national and international organization of Equity Neuroscientists. This growing multidisciplinary discipline is set to transform the care and health of patients and communities disproportionately at higher for neurological diseases, including strokes, seizures, neurodegenerative conditions, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, brain tumors, autoimmune entities, and headaches.

The SEQUINS annual meeting is poised to attract a large audience of neurologists, psychiatrists, internists, geriatricians, pediatricians, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, neuroscientists, epidemiologists, health services researchers, and policy makers at all levels including students, trainees, and early career faculty members. The meeting provides a unique opportunity to interact with current and future leaders in brain care, health, and policy from around the country, and world.

SEQUINS is central to the organized evolution of the conduct and application of equity neuroscience and as a grassroots organization spans all types of fields, disciplines, and settings. Thought leaders in the field lead our organization and play a very active role in our meeting.

Exhibitor Rules and Fees

Please plan to set up during assigned times only.

All tables will be labeled by company name when you arrive.

All exhibitors receive one 6-foot table and 2 chairs for a tabletop display for the day
-
All commercial exhibits take place in a separate room from the educational activity.

Commercial support representatives may sit in and listen to the meeting activities for educational purposes, but may not participate with Q&A or bring any materials or advertising into the meeting educational activities

Set up time: 6:00 – 7:00 am on Thursday morning

Exhibit area will be open during the duration of the meeting.

Please refer to the agenda for scheduled breaks.

Exhibits will be pre-assigned and based on your sponsorship level of support.
